2. APPLICABILITY

These terms and conditions apply if you are a customer of ours. So if you assign us to provide a service. These terms are always mentioned in our proposals and can be found on our website.

4. OFFER

We are always clear about what you purchase, the cost, when you need to pay, when we will deliver the service, and what you can further expect from us.

5. THE AGREEMENT

If you agree to a proposal sent to you, you can confirm this via email.

6. PRICES
  1. All prices are exclusive of 21% VAT.
  2. Fixed price agreements are not adjusted.
7. ASSIGNMENTS AND ADJUSTMENTS

If an assignment is not carried out because you postpone or cancel the assignment, we have the right to charge incurred costs, administrative fees, and a portion of the assignment costs.

8. INVOLVEMENT OF PARTNERS

We may involve other parties in carrying out the assignment.

9. SECRETS

We keep all confidential information of your company to ourselves. Our employees, suppliers, and partners will only deal with this if it is necessary for carrying out the assignment.

10. THIS WE GUARANTEE

We ensure that the delivered service matches what we have agreed upon.

11. DELIVERY AND DELIVERY TIME

We deliver within the agreed time. Should it take longer, we will inform you in a timely manner about any delay.

12. PAYMENT
  1. Payment is made via an invoice.
  2. Is there an error in your payment details? Let us know.
  3. The payment term of 14 days is stated on the invoice. If you are late or do not pay at all, we will hire a collection agency. The costs of this will be charged to you.
13. FORCE MAJEURE

If there is a situation that we cannot do anything about, we may not be able to deliver our service. In a situation of force majeure, we cannot be held responsible. If we delay our service by more than three months due to force majeure, you or we may cancel the agreement without obligations or compensation.

14. LIABILITY

We have caused damage. And then? Then we will compensate. But there are a few rules.

  1. The error must be made by us.
  2. You could not have prevented our mistake.

Then we will compensate for the damage. Up to a maximum of the assignment value.
