Through the investment vehicle PoweredbyMeaning.com, which Han co-owns, he has also gained extensive experience in various (non-)executive roles in realizing the growth of participations such as Kyden and Social Impact Factory. Professional career
Han Hendriks is the founder of ScaleUpXL and studied Organizational Sociology at Erasmus University Rotterdam and Business Administration courses at Universidad de Complutense in Madrid. His background provides a solid foundation for his later career in management consulting and entrepreneurship. After his studies, Han worked at various management consulting firms, where he gained valuable experience in advising organizations. Since 2000, Han has been an experienced entrepreneur, (non-)executive, growth mentor, negotiator, mediator, and investor with over 25 years of experience, focused on positive impact. Han is co-founder and investor in various enterprises through PoweredbyMeaning.com. This investment company has a portfolio of participations, such as Kyden, Social Impact Factory, Route Circulair, World Startup, and Mooie Boules. Furthermore, over the past 25 years, he has guided more than 50 scale-ups as a growth mentor and trained over 2,000 professionals in enhancing their sales skills (SalesXL). As a supervisor, Han has experience with themes such as strategy and organizational development, growth financing, ESG (Environment, Social and Governance), and artificial intelligence (AI).
Han is married to Sarah and has three children: Merel, Isa, and Fabian. He has various interests such as Spain, padel, skiing, and cooking for and with friends/family.

Young entrepreneurship
Han started his entrepreneurial journey at a young age. At 14, he began his first business stringing tennis rackets for members of the local tennis club. During his studies, he ran a catering company, and in 2000 he became Co-Founder of Kirkman Company (now Kyden).
